Growing wine grapes properly is management and labor intensive, monitoring the vineyard daily, shoot thinning, taking soil and petiole samples,applying pest and insect control, daily monitoring the soil moisture year after year adds up to doing it right, matching the site to variety all comes also into play. Taking all these different concepts and putting them together, to put out nice fruit.
